Youth Library Board Member Application and Information
The Loveland Public Library Board has an opening for a High School Student!
The Loveland Public Library Board is an official board created to advise the City Manager, Library Director, and City Council on issues concerning library services in the Loveland community. The Loveland Public Library Board meets on the third Thursday of every month at 5:00pm at the library with the option of virtual attendance via Zoom. Loveland Public Library board members may also participate in training workshops and outreach events throughout the year.
Am I Eligible?
To be eligible for the Loveland Public Library Board the applicant must be a high school student under the age of 21 and a resident of the City of Loveland. The applicant must have an interest in information technology, literacy, and/or community leadership. The term is for one school year. The high school student member may be excused from board meetings and activities during school breaks.
How Do I apply?
