Borrowing Information
Did you know you can have 100 items checked out on your library card? We're here to help with checking out, renewing, and placing items on hold.
Loveland Library is excited to be a part of the Marmot Library Network. This means you have access to easily borrow materials from Boulder, Broomfield, Lafayette, Longmont, and Louisville libraries.
Items may be returned to Loveland Public Library during open hours or through the outdoor book drop any time of day. Larger-sized materials that do not fit into the book drop should be returned inside the library. All laptops and technology items should be returned to the 2nd floor technology center.
Holds can be picked up inside the library. You will know a hold is ready for pickup when you receive a notification by phone, email, or text. Holds placed on items from Marmot partner libraries will be sent from the lending library to Loveland for you. For your convenience, your items will remain on the hold shelf for 7 days at the library. You are automatically signed up for auto-renewal of items. However, your checked out items may only be renewed if no other person has placed them on hold. You can call
