POSTPONED - DATE TO BE DECIDED Loveland Public Library will launch its newest offering, A Seed Library, during Spring Break (March 16-20). Welcome to the world of saving and sharing seeds! “Check out” packets of vegetable, flower, and herb seeds from the upcycled old library card catalog cabinets. How does it work? Start by: 1) Borrowing up to 5 seed packets, then 2) Take the seeds home to plant. Then, 3) Harvest the seeds from the plants, and finally 4) Return seeds to the Seed Library for others to enjoy!

SEED: The Untold Story is a documentary film following passionate seed keepers protecting our 12,000 year-old food legacy. The Library is presenting this film in conjunction with the launch of our new SEED LIBRARY, following the CSU Master Gardeners' program.

Sessions are around 15 minutes each and available on a first come, first served basis. This program is great for beginning readers, but all ages are welcome.
