January 16: Transitions and Aging Research: Making Sense of this Life Change. It is time to sit down, settle in, and explore what you want to do in the next phase of your life. We all experience transitions throughout our lifetimes. Turn your possibilities into realities. The goal is to identify what YOU really want. Hear the latest good news in aging research and what it means for healthy aging in your own life.
February 20: Are you prepared for a healthy retirement? We will look at health, well-being, and nutrition. Some things you never outgrow like your need for healthful nutrition. Good nutrition is the key to good mental and physical health. Food choices, vitamins/supplements, and exercise affects our overall health as we grow older. Learn to reinforce your good or remedy your not so good nutritional habits. Come away with a more healthful outlook and a great free nutritional cookbook
