Bright By ThreeLoveland Public Library offers Bright By Three Visits at the library on the second Monday of each month during Library Playgroup from 10:00-11:00am and at the end of Baby Storytimes with Miss Lolly. We want to provide a bright beginning for all Colorado children by helping families support their children’s physical, emotional, and intellectual development during the critical first three years of life.
Colorado Early Learning and Development GuidelinesThe early years of a child’s life — from birth to age eight — are critically important for learning and development. The Colorado Early Learning and Development Guidelines provide practical tips and points of reference that anyone can use to help kids grow. Whether we’re experts, early childhood teachers, first-time parents, or involved friends and neighbors, we all play a role in giving kids a strong, healthy start.
Waggin’ TalesTherapy dogs are here to help kids practice their reading on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4-5 pm, and Saturdays 1-2 pm. Come to the Children’s desk to sign up during or up to 30 minutes before the program. Sessions are around 15 minutes each and available on a first come, first served basis.
