Tatting Group

Join the Library's tatting group to learn the lost art of tatting. Tatting is a technique for handcrafting a particularly durable lace constructed by a series of knots and loops, also know as "pearling" and "wrap weaving".
Tatting can be used to make lace edging as well as doilies, collars, necklaces, bracelets, and other decorative pieces.
Supplies needed: 2 shuttles-removable bobbin recommended, 2 balls of 3 or 10 cordonnet thread -2 colors recommended.
