Summer is finally here - and you know Libraries Rock!

Get ready for a rockin' evening with the sounds of Hunk-Ta-Bunk-Ta, The mightyrockmoreZ, and The Stanleytones Bluegrass Band.

Nosh on goodies from Bad Benji's Diggety Dogs, enjoy musical activities, and sip on Verboten Brewery beer (with I.D.) at this family-friendly event. We'll also have meet-n'-greet tables from our friends at AIMS Community College, MLK Loveland Events Committee, Loveland LULAC, and our own Loveland Public Library.

5:30 - 8:30 PM: Family activities: music exploration, painting rocks, scavenger hunt and photo booth

6 - 8 PM: Bad Benji's Diggety Dogs (food)

6 - 6:45 PM: Hunk-Ta-Bunk-Ta Band (Children's music)

6:45 - 7:15 PM: The Might Rock Morez (Hip Hop dance)

7:15 - 8:15 PM The Stanleytones Bluegrass Band ( Bluegrass music)

Hunk-Ta-Bunk-Ta offers a unique musical experience for children to join in, engage with and express themselves. Children sing, dance, laugh, and play along with traditional and original songs through live performance and award winning music CDs.

The Might Rock Morez are a fun Hip-Hop dance group from Fort Collins.

The Stanleytones Bluegrass Band consists of Jim Bertolin (banjo, dobro, vocals), Nate Swartz (mandolin, vocals), Clarke Wright (fiddle), Bob Jackson (guitar, vocals) and Dan O'Leary (bass, vocals). Formed in 1999 by Jim Bertolin, the band was named after the famous Stanley Brothers, Ralph and Carter, who played throughout the 50's. Over the years the band has had changes in the lineup but the vision is clear and remains strong – to carry on the hard driving, traditional sounds of the bluegrass greats. Sticking to a sound reminiscent of the old days and singing around a single mic, you will be treated to original and timeless bluegrass classics.
